Dynamic Delivery ETAs

How to set delivery ETAs and share them with customers for improved visibility and customer service.

Set delivery ETAs on orders manually or connect your ELD or Macropoint to have them calculated automatically based on the truck's last known location.

What's New:

• Public Link Sharing for ETAs: To enhance transparency and communication with customers, we've introduced the ability to share order ETAs through public links. This means your customers can now check the status of their deliveries in real-time, without needing to contact your team. 
• Manual ETA Setting: If you prefer a hands-on approach or have specific insights that might affect delivery times, we've included the option to manually set ETAs for orders, giving you flexibility and control over the information shared with your customers.

Coming Soon:

• Automatic ETA calculation: Using HERE Maps and last known location from your telematics software, delivery ETAs are calculated for orders 48 hours before the set delivery window and updated every hour until trip completion based on ELD location data for reliable arrival times. 

How it Works:

Share delivery ETAs with customers by adding them directly to the new 'Delivery ETA' field on the order.  Hover over the Delivery ETA tooltip to see how it was created, along with the time of the last update.
