FAQs
What happens if I don’t assign pay templates to a sales user?
If no pay template is tied to the user, you will need to manually assign a pay template for each order.
Can I still add custom pay items on top of the default template?
Yes, users can add additional pay templates or manually adjust pay line items on the order if needed.
Will the pay items update if I change a sales representative's pay templates after they've been assigned to an order as a commissionee?
No, the commission pay on a order are simply a snapshot so if you change a user's pay template after they've been added to an order, the pay on the existing order will not automatically update.
However, future orders will reflect the new pay templates. If you need to update pay items for past manifests, they will need to be modified manually.
