Today’s Order Overview

This report helps you track and analyze daily order and earnings performance.

What questions is this report answering:

  • How many orders are currently in transit today, and what is their total earnings?
  • What is the number of orders created today, and what earnings are associated with them?
  • How many orders were delivered today, and what is the total earnings for those orders?

Orders Export

This report allows for the export and analysis of order-specific metrics, encompassing order count, quoted earnings, earnings allocation, and mileage, enabling data-driven insights into your order-related operations.

What questions is this report answering:

  • Can I export my orders data?
  • What are the detailed metrics for specific order IDs?
  • Can we gain insights into individual order performance and characteristics?


Orders Revenue Performance

This report provides a comprehensive overview of your order and revenue data, including the total number of orders, unique customer summaries, quoted earnings, allocated earnings, and detailed order information.

 

What questions is this report answering:

  • Can I have an export of all my order details?
  • What is the total quoted earnings (sell quote) for all orders within a given time frame?
  • What is the distribution of quoted earnings across different customers?
  • Can we filter and analyze orders based on specific tags or order statuses?


CSR Orders Revenue Performance

This report provides insights into the performance of your Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) concerning order and revenue data. It offers a breakdown of order metrics, including the total number of orders, unique customers, quoted earnings, and allocated earnings.
