Common Issues & Troubleshooting
The invited user didn’t receive their email—what should I check?
Ask them to check their junk/spam folder. If it's still missing, re-send the invite from the same Settings page.
I invited someone with the wrong email—can I fix it?
Deactivate the user and re-send it with the correct address.
