 Getting started is as easy as connecting a folder in your inbox. Here's the magic flow:
  1. Choose a specific folder (like “Dispatch” or “Client A”).
  2. TED syncs only that folder - ensuring privacy and relevance.
  3. Emails in that folder are analyzed, parsed, and automatically entered as new orders or suggested as updates to existing matching orders in Rose Rocket.
  4. TED connects all related emails to each order and the order - consolidating everything from attachments to timelines. 
You stay in control with a review process to approve entries and updates in your new TED inbox board before they go live.

  • Only connect a specific folder (e.g., “Dispatch”).
  • Use your team’s shared inbox (e.g., dispatch@yourcompany.com).
  • Set up auto-forwarding to your TED inbox (e.g., yourname@ted.roserocket.com).
